DollzParc Art Toy Service Terms

 

I. General Provisions

Pre-sale Service: Some will adopt a pre-sale model. You need to pay a deposit or the full amount according to the Service Platform's prompts. The Company will arrange production and delivery within the pre-sale cycle (the specific cycle is subject to the product details page). If the pre-sale cycle is extended due to factors such as adjustment of production technology, of raw materials, etc., which are beyond our control, the Company will notify you in advance through text messages, Service Platform messages, etc. You can choose to continue waiting apply for a refund. The Company shall not be liable for any compensation other than the refund.

 

Customization Service: You can customize your own exclusive art toy products according to needs. Before customization, You need to sign a customization agreement with the Company to clarify the product style, material, price, delivery time, etc. During the production process of customized, if You need to change the customization requirements, You should communicate with the Company in a timely manner. The Company will charge corresponding change fees according to the complexity of the change requirementsspecific fee standards are subject to the negotiation between both parties); if the change requirements cause the original production plan to be unable to continue, the Company has the right to terminate the agreement and refund the remaining amount after deducting the production costs that have been incurred.

III. Rights and Obligations of Users

(I) User Rights

You have the right to browse product information the service platform, independently choose to purchase products or apply for services.

 

After purchasing a product, you have the right to enjoy after-sales services such as return, exchange and maintenance within the agreed after-sales service period (the specific content of after-sales service is subject to the product details page or the company's after-sales service).

 

You have the right to supervise the quality of the company's services, raise opinions or suggestions on issues that arise during the service process, and the company handle and feedback them in a timely manner.

 

(II) User Obligations

When registering and using the service platform account, you should provide true, accurate, and personal information (including but not limited to name, ID number, contact information, delivery address, etc.), and update the information in a timely manner to ensure the validity of information. If you cannot use the service normally, suffer losses, or cause losses to the company due to your false, inaccurate, or incomplete information, you shall bear all responsibilities

 

You should properly keep the service platform account and password, and shall not lend the account to others for use. If you fail to keep the account properly, resulting in the being misused, the password being leaked, and thus causing order disputes, property losses, etc., you shall bear all responsibilities; if you discover any abnormal use of the, you should immediately notify the company, and the company will assist you in taking measures such as freezing the account and changing the password, but the company shall not be liable for any or indirect losses caused by the misuse of the account.

 

When purchasing a product, you should carefully read the information on the product details page (including but not limited to product, material, size, color, price, pre-sale cycle, after-sales service policy, etc.), and submit the order after confirmation. Once the order is submitted, it is deemed that you have reached an agreement with the company to purchase the product, and you should pay the product price as agreed in the order.

IV. Order Rules

Order Establishment: Your order is established once you submit an order and make payment on service platform. The company will promptly confirm the order information after the order is established and arrange for shipment in accordance with the order agreement. If the order cannot be fulfilled normally due system failure, insufficient product inventory, price labeling errors, etc., the company reserves the right to cancel the order and refund your paid amount through the original payment channel, and explain reasons to you. The company shall not bear other liability for compensation.

Order Change and Cancellation: After the order is established, if you need to change the delivery address, information, etc., you should apply for the change through the service platform or contact customer service before the product is shipped. The company will assist you in making changes after verifying the (if the product has entered the shipping process, it may not be possible to change); if you need to cancel the order, you should apply before the product is shipped, and company will refund your paid amount after confirming that the product has not been shipped. If the product has been shipped, you need to apply for return and exchange according to the after- service policy after receiving the product.

Product Delivery: The company will deliver the product to you according to the agreed delivery address and delivery method on the order, and the delivery will be subject to the actual delivery time of the express company (excluding the delivery delay caused by force majeure). When you or your designated recipient receive the product, should check the quantity, appearance, packaging, etc. of the product on the spot. If you find that the product is short of quantity, damaged in appearance, damaged packaging,., you should promptly raise objections to the express company or the company's customer service and take photos or videos to preserve evidence. The company will deal with it according to the situation; if you or your designated recipient raise the above objections after signing for the product, the company will not recognize them unless you can provide sufficient evidence that the product problem occurred during.

Without the written permission of the company, you shall not copy, disseminate, modify, use or authorize others to use the above content without authorization, otherwise it will constitute infringement, and the company reserves the right to pursue your legal liability to law. VI. After-sales Service

Returns and Exchanges Policy:

 

(1) If you receive a product with quality (such as breakage, deformation, significant color difference, missing accessories, etc.), incorrect model, or significantly different from the product description on the details page, you may for a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt (based on the time of signing for by the courier company). The company will bear the shipping costs ways. You need to send the product back to the company, and the company will repair it according to the product damage situation. The way to bear the repair and shipping cost shall be subject to the negotiation between both parties or the product after-sales service policy; if the product is severely damaged and cannot be repaired, the company will negotiate solution with you (such as replacing the product, partial refund, etc.).

7. Disclaimer

The Company shall not be liable for breach of contract if it fails to provide services normally, delays delivery, fails to perform other obligations due to force majeure factors, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, government policy adjustments, epidemics, traffic disruptions, power out, network failures, etc. However, the Company shall promptly notify you and strive to resume services or fulfill obligations as soon as possible after the force majeure factors are eliminated.

Losses caused by your own reasons, such as an incorrect delivery address, invalid contact information, failure to sign for goods in time resulting in loss or damage of goods, personal errors, etc., shall be borne by you, and the Company shall not be liable.

 

The product images, text descriptions, and other information on the service platform are taken or written by the Company based on the actual conditions of the products. However, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual products due to factors such as shooting lighting monitor resolution, production batches, etc. This difference does not constitute a quality issue, and the Company shall not be liable for any responsibility arising therefrom.

8. Dispute Resolution

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the company with respect to the service, and supersed any prior oral or written, understanding or arrangement between the two parties with respect to the service.

 

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the of the remaining provisions shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect and binding on the parties.
