DollzParc Brand Cargo Transportation Policy
I. Scope of Application
This policy to the order transportation services of all channels under DollzParc (physical "Creative Space" stores, online official website/mini-program, robot stores), covering original series, limited collaboration editions, DIY material packages, and peripheral products, covering domestic and cross-border transportation scenarios.
II. Order Processing and Shipping Specifications
a) Order Processing Time
Domestic Orders: Orders paid before 16:00 on working days will be completed for review on the same day; orders paid after16:00 will be reviewed the next day (holidays extended).
Cross-border Orders: Within 2 working days after payment, the declaration documents will verified and the outbound preparation will be completed. Orders that need to supplement customs clearance information will be notified via SMS/email, and if it is not supplemented in time, in a delay, the responsibility lies with the consumer.
(b) Explanation of Shipping Restrictions
The following situations are not supported for shipping: recipients in areas (such as some counties and districts in Xinjiang and Tibet, subject to the specific definition of the logistics service provider), military management areas, PO Box email addresses; well as areas affected by natural disasters, epidemics, etc.
Limited/Collaboration Edition Products: If there is inventory transfer, the shipping time may be extended 1-3 working days, and it will be notified in advance through order remarks or SMS.
III. Packaging and Protection Standards
In view of the characteristics the fashion toy's delicate shape, fragile paint surface, and decorated non-heritage technology, a five-level protection packaging system is adopted:
Single Product Protection: fashion toy is first wiped with a dust-free soft cloth, then placed in a custom-sized PE protective bag to isolate dust, and then embedded in an EVA foam mold precise grooves to ensure that the limbs and accessories are not loose.
Group Protection: For multiple items of goods, separate cardboard partitions are used to prevent the paint surface from and scratching each other, and additional cushioning cotton is pasted on key parts.
Box Protection: The whole is placed in a hard color box with a 2cm layer, and the box is filled with air column bags to eliminate gaps and prevent vibration and collision during transportation.
Identification Protection: The outer box is marked with "File", "Fashion Toy", "Handle with Care" triangular signs, and cross-border orders are additionally pasted with "Artwork" customs labels.

(II) Cross-border Transportation
Supported Countries/Regions: Currently, 12 including the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, etc., and the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions have been opened. The specific will be subject to the system display at the time of order placement.
Transportation Methods and Lead Time:
International Standard Transportation: 7-15 working days the shipping cost is calculated based on the weight (35 RMB for the first 500g, plus 15 RMB for each additional 500) destination.
International Express Transportation: 3-7 working days, the shipping cost is 1.8 times that of standard transportation, and full logistics tracking is.
Customs Clearance Instructions: The personal mail customs clearance mode is adopted, and the recipient needs to provide real identity card information (only the ID number is needed some areas); the limit for a single order is 1000 RMB (800 RMB for the Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions), if the limit is exceeded, it needs to be declared as goods, and the additional cost arising therefrom shall be borne by the consumer.
V. Transportation Costs and Payment
Shipping Cost Calculation: The system automatically calculates the shipping cost based on the shipping address, product weight, and transportation method at the time of order placement. The shipping cost cross-border orders has included the basic logistics fee, excluding import duties, VAT, and other taxes (taxes are determined by the customs and paid by the recipient when signing for goods).
Shipping Cost Reduction: For domestic orders over 299 RMB, the standard shipping cost is waived; for cross-border orders over999 RMB, 50 RMB of shipping cost will be deducted, and it can be used in combination with coupons (excluding express transportation).
Cost Refund: If the order is canceled and not shipped, the shipping cost will be fully refunded; if it has been shipped, the remaining shipping cost will be refunded deducting the incurred logistics cost (8 RMB per order domestically, 25 RMB per order cross-border) after the consumer refuses to sign.
VI Goods Tracking and Signing
Logistics Tracking: After the order is shipped, the system will send the logistics number via SMS/email, and the real-time status can checked in "My Orders - Logistics Details" or the official website of the cooperative logistics company.
Signing Specifications:
Personal Signing: It is to open the box for inspection on the spot, and sign for confirmation after confirming that the goods are not damaged and the quantity is correct;
Entrusted Signing: entrusting someone else to sign, it is necessary to inform the inspection requirements in advance, and entrusted signing is regarded as the confirmation of the person himself that the goods are good condition;
Unable to Inspect on the Spot: You can make a note of "Personal Signing", and the courier will arrange for a second delivery and the temporary storage time will not exceed 3 working days.
VII. Handling of Transport Abnormalities
(I) Delay Handling
estic Orders: For orders that have not been delivered within 2 working days beyond the agreed lead time, full refund of the shipping cost can be applied for, and an additional compensation 10 brand points for limited editions.
Cross-border Orders: If the delay is caused by customs clearance, a full refund of the shipping cost can be applied for providing the logistics provider's delay proof; if the delay is caused by incorrect recipient information, no compensation liability is assumed.
(II) Compensation for Damage and
Compensation Conditions: Apply within 48 hours after signing for the goods, and provide:
A complete unpacking video (showing the whole process from the of packaging to the presentation of the goods);
Clear photos of the damaged/missing parts of the goods (including panorama and close-up details);
Photos the logistics waybill and packaging debris.

Liability Identification and Handling:
Transportation-induced damage: After review and confirmation, free replacement (if the same is in stock) or full refund will be supported, and the shipping cost of returning the damaged goods will be borne by DollzParc;
Goods loss: For orders that have not shown a signature within 7 days after shipment and cross-border orders that have not shown a signature within 15 days after shipment, full refund or replacement be made after verification, with an additional compensation of 5% of the order amount in points;
No compensation: If the consumer signs for the goods without inspection, damage due to self-opening, or is unable to provide valid proof materials.
Article 8. Force Majeure and Special Notes
Force majeure: In event of transportation delays or damage caused by unforeseeable circumstances such as natural disasters (typhoons, earthquakes, etc.), social events (strikes, policy, etc.), or the closure of logistics hubs, the consumer will be notified promptly, and options such as delayed shipment, replacement of transportation methods, or full refund can be. No additional compensation liability will be assumed.
Address change: The delivery address can be modified before the order is shipped. Contact customer service and provide order information. The consumer responsible for any mistakes or losses caused by address changes after shipment.
Policy updates: This policy will be optimized according to the standards of the logistics industry and adjustments to the brands business. After the update, it will be announced on the homepage of the official website, and it will take effect 7 days after the announcement. Orders placed before the effective will still be subject to the original policy.
